The aim of this role is to facilitate building hire smoothly and professionally, ensuring that hirers are well-supported, communication is clear, and the process aligns with the needs and rhythms of church life.

This role is mostly flexible and can be done remotely, with most communication happening by email or phone. Occasionally, you may need to pop in to show a potential hirer around the building — we’ll always work with your availability.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, friendly, and confident in communicating with others. If you’re comfortable managing bookings, answering enquiries, and keeping things clear and professional, you’ll be a great fit. Some admin or coordination experience is helpful, but more than anything, we’re after someone who enjoys helping people and making sure things run well. It’s also important that you are willing to familiarise yourself with our hiring terms and conditions, so you can advise others clearly and ensure agreements are upheld.

Alongside the team, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for anyone interested in hiring our church spaces. That means responding to enquiries, arranging viewings, and working with the office to add confirmed bookings to the calendar. You’ll also connect with the finance team to make sure invoices are sent and payments tracked. Your role helps keep everything running smoothly and ensures guests feel welcomed and well-supported when they use our building.
